Explanation of Responses:

1. These represent ordinary shares held by Greenland Asset Management Corporation (the "Sponsor"). Yanming Liu, the issuer's Chief Executive Officer, is the managing member of the Sponsor, and has sole voting and dispositive power over the shares held by the Sponsor. These shares include up to an aggregate of 150,000 ordinary shares subject to forfeiture by the Sponsor to the extent that the underwriters' over-allotment option is not exercised in full. Mr. Liu disclaims beneficial ownership over any securities owned by the Sponsor in which he does not have any pecuniary interest.
